(cen) - Customer Centricity Culture Analyst

We're looking for a talented professional to staff the position of Customer Centricity Culture Analyst, who is responsible for:
  • Supporting the cultural change focused on the Customer Experience.
  • Follow-up and improvements to initiatives such as CJE, recognition program, employee experience, among others that will help us achieve this cultural change.


Main Responsabilities:
  • Development and follow-up of new initiatives that result in improving the customer experience.
  • Link between different areas and countries for the development and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Responsible for improvements to existing Customer centricity initiatives.
  • Think of new forms to innovate on cultural change.
  • Effectively complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly strong MS Excel skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills Required.
  • Driven/Passionate about a superior customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to tailor messages to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to untangle complex problems in imaginative and creative ways.
  • Up to date knowledge of changing digital trends in order to understand potential innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Familiar with journey mapping and other related concepts and have experience using them to pin point various pain points in a customer’s journey.
  • Knowledge about Design thinking, workshops, etc.


Relations (Internal & External):
  • Customer Experience Offices globally, OHR, Process & IT, Marketing, Salesforce.
  • Consultants, organizations, key vendors in general.
